3. Digital Product Sales

FEA Master offers digital engineering files, datasets, and training resources. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

– All sales are final and non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
– You understand the file contents and their intended use
– You will not reverse engineer or resell any purchased content

If a file does not work due to a technical issue (e.g., corrupt download), contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it.

4. Tutoring Services

We offer paid one-on-one FEA tutoring. You agree to:

– Provide accurate availability
– Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
– Understand that missed or late sessions are non-refundable

Tutoring is instructional. We are not responsible for the outcome of your projects, research, or grades.

5. Payment & Taxes

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other providers. Prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees related to your location.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. FEA Master makes no guarantees that simulation files or training materials will be suitable for your specific purpose.

We are not liable for:

– Simulation crashes or software incompatibility
– Damages caused by using or misusing content
– Errors in your results, interpretation, or application

Use files and advice at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEA Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our content or services if you violate these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario or Quebec, Canada.
